Film is fed by two groups of film pull wheels(top + bottom pair) through the forming station to the filling position. Six plunger pumps(or optional servo gear pumps) meter and fill liquid/paste/sauce into each lane; each lane has an independent drip-stop valve to prevent leakage between cycles. The mechanical(motor-driven) sealing mechanism heats and presses the horizontal seals — superior temperature and pressure stability vs pneumatic sealing. Cutting knife(pneumatic cylinder-driven) completes bag separation; four knife types selectable(flat / single-serrated / double-serrated / rotary patented). 6-lane ribbon coder prints batch numbers simultaneously; conveyor delivers finished pouches.
