Granule material is fed intermittently by vacuum loader(5-micron precision filter; single-cycle back-blow prevents filter clogging) into the hopper(304 SS, mirror-polished interior, sealed lid). Reciprocating push-pull volumetric measuring cups(each independently adjustable) dose each lane. Independent servo motor drives cup motion — smooth, vibration-free, prevents material segregation in the feed tube. High-precision mirror-surface cup plate and mirror-bore cups ensure smooth material flow with no powder adhesion. Film unwind mechanism with auto edge-tracking. Horizontal and vertical sealers maintain temperature uniformity within ±1°C of setpoint. Punch die with auto-guide for precise bag cutting. 6-lane ribbon coder prints batch numbers simultaneously.
