SED-6610PMJ-G — Continuous Inkjet Printer, Multi-Language

Continuous Inkjet(CIJ): a high-frequency oscillator(62,500 dots/sec) breaks the ink stream from the heated nozzle(60µm standard) into a uniform train of droplets. A charge electrode selectively charges droplets to encode the desired character matrix; charged droplets are deflected by a high-voltage(HV) deflector plate to land on the moving substrate in the correct character row, while uncharged droplets return through the gutter and recirculate. A phase detector maintains charge timing lock. The heated printhead with constant-temperature auto-modulation maintains stable jet break-up across ambient temperature variations. Four head valves stop ink quickly on power failure to prevent leakage.
