مبدأ العمل
Operator manually loads loose caps into the centrifugal feeder bowl. Spinning bowl orients caps mouth-up; mouth-down caps are auto-rejected. Aligned caps are conveyed to the liner-insertion station, where a vacuum or pneumatic mechanism picks a liner from a stack and presses it into each cap. A photoelectric sensor inspects each filled cap; caps without a liner are auto-ejected to a reject chute. PLC controls timing, count and alarms(no-cap, no-liner).
