مبدأ العمل
Feeding mode: motor drives the 650 mm turntable to rotate; bottles placed on the table are guided by the bottle-ordering device into a guide channel and fed onto the downstream conveyor belt at a controlled pitch, supplying the electronic counter/filling machine. Collecting mode: motor drives turntable; bottles entering from the upstream conveyor pass the bridge point and are pushed by guide rods toward the center to accumulate. Speed is set steplessly via a speed control knob(LOW/HIGH). A Schneider emergency stop button is provided.

Pre-production: wipe turntable surface and guide rails with clean damp cloth or food-safe sanitizer; check for foreign objects. Post-shift: wipe turntable and guide components; remove any spilled product. Periodic: check motor, speed regulator, and emergency stop functionality before each shift. Guide rods are removable for thorough cleaning.
