SED-648ZK-Y-600 fully automatic thermoforming (stretch-film / rollstock) vacuum packaging machine. Upper film width 648 mm, lower film 638 mm; working chamber 600×600 mm. Vacuum ≤200 Pa, throughput 4-6 cycles/min. 380V/5

Lower film is heated and thermoformed into pockets; product is loaded; upper film is laid on top; the chamber closes and is evacuated(≤200 Pa), then heat-sealed at the perimeter. Independent pneumatic-lever lifting and self-locking mechanisms raise/lower the forming and sealing dies. A single-blade movable cross-cut and punch knife separates finished packs. Servo film advance with BANNER photoelectric registration aligns printed film. Waste edge trim is removed by suction and collected in a bucket.
