The machine comprises a leaflet folder, carton-opening mechanism, product conveyor, carton magazine, carton-pressing mechanism, product-push-into-carton mechanism, tab-end batch-number printing mechanism, tab scraper/insertion mechanism, transmission, detection system, control system, and electrical enclosure. Three-in-one program control via sensor + encoder + motor; photoelectric control combined with mechanical action for fill-volume detection and forced reject; intermittent push-plate cartoning with overload protection.
