Operator places products on the tank-chain conveyor. The machine detects each product via photoelectric sensor and opens a carton(rotary dual-suction cup picks the carton from above into the carton chain). Product and carton travel to the same position; the push rod inserts the product into the carton; the carton advances and both tab ends are inserted to seal; finished carton exits via belt conveyor. No product = no carton pickup.
