Cartons are erected from a magazine by a vacuum-cup pick-and-open mechanism; the indexing box drives intermittent transport through each station. Products are fed horizontally into the open carton; batch number is embossed; two-end paper tabs are folded and closed(hot-melt glue optional). Finished cartons are discharged on the output belt. Siemens PLC S7-200 + Omron photoelectric/proximity/fiber sensors handle interlocks and product detection.
