A sensor at the rear of the machine detects the incoming barrel; the drive conveys it to wash station 1 where the high-pressure rinse nozzle aligns and rinses internally for a set period; the barrel moves to wash station 2 for a second rinse; the drive rotates the barrel 150° on a ramp so it drains by gravity onto the move-bench; a pneumatic cylinder pushes it to the fill station where the fill pump runs for an adjustable time; another cylinder pushes the filled barrel to the centrifugal-knife capping station with an adjustable single slide chute; after capping the finished barrel is ejected.
