SED-60RXG-H — Hot Air Circulation Drying Oven

Heating source(steam coil at 0.4–0.8 MPa for 120–140°C, electric/FRI for higher temperatures) warms the cabinet. The 0.45 kW axial fan draws 4510 m³/h of air across the heat exchanger and distributes it through adjustable vanes evenly across all 24 trays. Most of the heat-laden air recirculates inside the cabinet for high thermal efficiency; an exhaust gate vents moist air based on humidity setting. Three thermometers(top/middle/bottom) and the digital controller hold inner-uniformity to ±1°C. Operator commissioning includes balancing vane angles to equalize layer temperatures.
