Spoons(in random orientation) are loaded into the vibration bowl(304 stainless steel, matte finish). The CUH-31M controller drives the bowl at 50–100 Hz; spoons are oriented along the spiral guide rail and discharged via the 500 mm static rail. Each time one spoon falls, the bowl auto-pauses and sends a drop signal to downstream equipment; after the downstream device processes it and sends a start signal, the bowl restarts, achieving single-unit precision feeding.
