Materials are automatically positioned and fed via belt conveyor; bottom-feed film is drawn through a bag-forming mold to create pillow-style bag tube. Center seal heating completes longitudinal sealing; press-brush exhausts air; transverse sealing knife completes transverse cutting and sealing. Three servo drives independently control film traction, transverse sealing, and belt conveying. Color mark photoelectric tracking ensures precise sealing position.
