After capsule loading, a cam indexing box(RU83DS101502RS2) drives the turntable in intermittent motion; upper and lower segments move in one direction to complete capsule separation, detection, filling, rejection, and locking operations. INOVANCE servo motor drives the filling mechanism; KEYENCE fiber optic sensors simultaneously detect capsule body and cap deficiency. SK-0.3 water-ring vacuum pump provides separation vacuum(−0.02 to −0.06 MPa). Stepless frequency-conversion speed regulation + Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC + touch-screen control.
