SED-600VH-H — V-Shape Mixer

Two cylindrical arms are joined at an angle to form an unbalanced V-shape. As the V rotates about its central horizontal axis at 10 rpm(driven by a 3 kW worm-reducer motor), the powder bed alternately splits into both arms and recombines at the joint, producing repetitive divide-and-recombine convective mixing. The asymmetric(unbalanced) geometry adds a vertical translation that further mixes axially. Material is loaded via vacuum suction through a top inlet(max 2/3 of barrel) and discharged through a stainless-steel butterfly valve at the bottom. Optional internal stir bar breaks agglomerates; optional spray system adds liquid binder.
