مبدأ العمل
Powder material is loaded into the 600 L SUS304 bowl through a top inlet(optionally vacuum-fed via SED-6ZSJ-A). A bottom-mounted rotor stirring paddle(30 kW, 2–120 rpm, Kewo inverter) homogenises the dry mix. Binder is added, then a side-mounted star-shaped chopper(11 kW, 100–2500 rpm, Kewo inverter) shears the wet mass into wet granules of 20–80 mesh. After processing, the lid is pneumatically opened and granules are discharged through aΦ180 auto-discharge port. Air-sealing prevents material/liquid from entering the drive shaft. Process is controlled by a Siemens PLC with a 7" Siemens HMI; Schneider electrical components manage power.
