مبدأ العمل
Sugar is dissolved in two steam-jacketed 300L dissolving tanks(each 100 kg/h steam@ 0.5 MPa, with twin high-shear stirrers). Gelatin or pectin is melted separately in a 300L jacketed gelatin melter with high-speed mixer(2.2kW) and automatic water inlet flowmeter. Dissolved sugar and melted gelatin are combined and degassed in a 250L vacuum jacketed mixing tank(1.5kW stirrer, 4kW vacuum pump), then transferred via a 0.75kW VFD-controlled jacketed syrup pump to a 250L jacketed storage tank. The servo depositor draws syrup, mixes colors/flavors in-line via two static mixers(with 4 dosing pumps), and deposits via a dual-color servo head(1.5kW × 2 servo motors + 1kW tracking) onto Teflon-coated aluminium moulds on a 1.5kW VFD-controlled conveyor. Filled moulds enter the MT125(8kW) cooling tunnel. Pneumatic demoulding + brush/oil-spray cycle moulds back into service. A downstream roller sugar coater applies surface finish.
