Tablets/pills tumble in an enclosed clockwise-rotating coating drum driven by an explosion-proof cycloidal-pinwheel reduction motor(chain-sprocket drive, variable-frequency stepless speed regulation). Coating solution is heated and stirred in the insulation tank, then pumped by peristaltic pump(BT-600) to five Anest Iwata WA-101 spray guns atomising the film onto the tablets. Three-stage filtered hot air(100,000-grade clean, 2664/5268 m³/h, 0–80°C adjustable) is blown through the drum to dry the coating, while a 7.5 kW explosion-proof exhaust fan(10,000 m³/h) maintains negative pressure and discharges exhaust directly outdoors. The closed environment prevents dust and spray splash-out.
