مبدأ العمل
Web material is loaded from a single-side opening unwind stand. A servo motor drives the main traction roller(steel) + rubber pressure roller(steel-flex combination) to advance material at the set speed. The PLC continuously computes the unwind roll diameter and automatically adjusts magnetic-powder tension to maintain consistent unwind tension. When the preset length is reached, a rodless cylinder drives a transverse cutter blade to sever the web; simultaneously the PLC signals the servo to pre-feed material to the rewind air-expansion shaft. The rewind side also uses magnetic-powder tension, with PLC-calculated taper tension that increases as roll diameter grows, ensuring neat, uniform winding. Air-expansion shafts inflate and deflate automatically, and pneumatic support arms open for roll discharge.
