Stack of flat carton blanks loads into magazine. Vacuum suction(SMC vacuum generator) picks one blank, swings to opening station where pneumatic cylinders(AirTAC) push the carton open. Servo motor(Wade) and folding bars erect the bottom flaps. Hot-melt or pre-glued seal closes the bottom. Erected open-top carton conveys out to product feeder. PLC(Delta) + HMI(XINJE) coordinates all stations with safety light curtain(Panasonic) protection.
