SED-6000WDG1-J gable-top carton filling machine — smaller-format sibling to SED-6000WDG-J. Single carton size (57×57mm) for 200-500ml dairy/juice filling at 5000-6000 cartons/hour. Optional ultrasonic capping (φ26-36mm).

Operator manually loads gable-top carton blanks into the carton holder. PLC sequence: bottom heating→ bottom pre-forming→ bottom sealing→ optional ultrasonic capping→ cold filling 2-50°C(servo-driven diaphragm filler) → top pre-forming→ top heating + sealing→ finished pack out. Carton-lift function during fill avoids foam/splash; double chain enables two volumes simultaneously per machine. Auto-lube, auto-fault alarm.
