مبدأ العمل
Rotary monoblock with three sub-stations:(1) bottle infeed via star-wheel;(2) gravity-filling station — 18 valves dispense liquid into rotating bottles at room temperature;(3) aluminum-foil cap forming — 2 forming heads stamp foil discs from a roll;(4) seal station — 14 heat-seal heads heat-press aluminum foil onto the bottle mouth, forming a tamper-evident seal. Output via star-wheel to downstream conveyor. Compressed air 3 m³/h drives pneumatic actions.
