Multi-lane VFFS with back-seal: composite/PE film roll is split into 5 lanes; vacuum feeder lifts powder to hopper with automatic level detection; auger screw filler doses powder per lane; servo motor pulls film with positioning accuracy; independent horizontal/vertical seal heaters maintain temperature within ±1°C; horizontal and vertical seal cylinders form bag, knife cylinder cuts. PLC + touch screen control with 10-recipe storage.
