SED-6-2-2YTGX-S cartridge-bottle(1.8 ml anaesthetic) washing, siliconisation, sterilisation, filling and sealing production line. The integrated line consists of: SED-CXP-S ultrasonic cartridge bottle washer; SED-3.5RXG-S hot-air recirculation tunnel dryer/steriliser; and SED-6-2-2YTG-S cartridge bottle filling/stoppering/capping machine(the main filling unit). The filling machine is fully servo-motor-driven; all major motion and filling parameters are adjustable on the touchscreen. Standard remote module(plug in ethernet cable for remote maintenance, diagnosis, programming and software upgrade). Production capacity:~4,000 bottles/hour. Available in 4-head/2-fill(small bubbles after capping) or 6-head/3-fill(no bubbles, tested with pure water) configurations.
