Powder raw material and binder are loaded together into a horizontal cylinder where the bottom-mounted mixing impeller folds them at up to 270 rpm into a uniform damp soft mass. A high-speed chopper at up to 2,990 rpm then crushes the soft mass into uniform granules in seconds. Dry mix→ wet mix→ granulation all happen inside the same sealed container, eliminating transfer steps and shortening cycle time vs traditional series-machine processes.
