مبدأ العمل
Spray drying is widely applied in liquid-process forming and drying. Especially suitable for producing powders, granules or block solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pumpable paste liquids. Ideal where precise control of particle-size distribution, final moisture, bulk density and granule shape is required. Hot air from the electric heater contacts the atomised droplets in the drying chamber; moisture evaporates rapidly, and dry powder is captured by the cyclone and bag-filter dust collector.
