Vapor-compression chiller. American Copeland 5 HP scroll compressor circulates R22 refrigerant. The condenser is an aluminum-fin / copper-tube air-cooled coil with 9300 m³/h airflow(2 × 0.25 kW low-noise fans), allowing operation in ambient up to 45°C. Capillary expansion drops refrigerant into the coil-in-tank evaporator(60 L tank). The 0.5 HP Aolanke pump(20 m head) circulates 120 L/min of chilled water through 1.5" piping to and from the customer process. Schneider phase-sequence relay and contactors plus a Banpu controller provide eight safety protections.
