Vapor-compression refrigeration. R22 refrigerant is compressed by a Panasonic hermetic scroll compressor and condensed in an air-cooled coil/fin condenser cooled by axial fans(5,000 m³/h). After capillary expansion, low-pressure R22 evaporates in the tank's coil-type evaporator, chilling water in the 130 L reservoir. The internal 0.37 kW pump(25 m head) circulates chilled water out through DN25 piping to the customer's process and back. Multiple Chint and Jiling protections trip the compressor and pump on fault.
