The SED-5GFZ-A is a 5 kg/batch fluid-bed spray granulator-dryer designed for granulating and coating powders and granules in pharmaceutical applications. A binder or coating liquid is pumped through a nozzle, air-sheared
مبدأ العمل
Powder material is loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air passes through pre-, intermediate, and HEPA(H13) filters, then is heated in the heating chamber to the required temperature. Material is fluidized in a turbine-jet pattern. Binder or coating liquid is delivered by a peristaltic pump to the spray nozzle, where it is air-sheared into droplets and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Evaporated moisture is extracted by a fan. Compressed air supply required at 0.45 MPa.
