Same pressure-vacuum thermoforming principle as the full-size SED-570*450XSJ-A but in a smaller, lower-tonnage configuration optimized for medium-volume runs. Three servo axes drive lower mold clamp(3.0 kW), upper punch(1.8 kW), and upper cut(1.8 kW); a fourth servo(1.8 kW) drives film feed. Heated film is processed through 4 stations in sequence: forming, punching, transfer cutting, and a fully servo manipulator stacker / conveyor.
