Granules from the SS316L 15 L hopper feed via a food-grade silicone sleeve into a double-impeller force feeder rotating in sync with the 570 mm turret. The turret carries 41 D-type punch sets through the pre-press station(40 kN) then the main press station(100 kN) on each revolution, achieving twice-compression forming from both top and bottom simultaneously. Tooling track uses a double-side lifting structure for balanced punch stress and wear resistance. The automatic oil+grease central lubrication system maintains pressure rollers, toolings, and tracks. Completed tablets pass through a chute with automatic rejection for weight/quality control. HMI displays real-time pressure per punch and allows automatic adjustment of main pressure, pre-pressure, and filling depth without manual handwheels.
