SED-50ZTB-G is a fully automatic machine for double-sided seal and corner labeling of cartons. It applies labels simultaneously to both sides of a carton and wraps the labels around the corners using dedicated corner-cov
مبدأ العمل
Products are conveyed by the transport mechanism(aluminium alloy + matte belt). A product-detection sensor detects product arrival; two labeling head mechanisms(aluminium alloy / stainless steel / acrylic) are guided by label-detection sensors to the correct labeling position. After double-sided labeling, two corner-covering mechanisms(aluminium alloy + brush) and a top-pressing mechanism(belt) wrap and press the labels around the carton corners. The entire process is controlled by a Panasonic PLC + 7-inch Samkoon HMI; labeling heads are driven by Leadshine stepper motors; the conveyor uses a Delixi inverter + Chuanming variable-frequency motor.
