Immersion electric heating elements generate saturated steam, raising temperature to the preset value(sterilization range 103–134°C; boiling range 50–101°C). The unit automatically purges cold air from the chamber to ensure sterilization effectiveness. A countdown timer(0–99 min) starts automatically when the set temperature is reached; upon completion, pressure is automatically released, steam discharged, and the heating power is cut, followed by an audible alarm. The door interlock prevents opening while internal pressure exceeds 0.027 MPa.
