مبدأ العمل
Material is melted in a thermal oil heated system(12 kW, high-temperature circulation pump 0.75 kW), then dispensed through a rotating pineapple-head distributor(hole dia 1.8 mm, 32 holes/row, 22 rows) onto a 1.0 mm-thick 304 stainless steel rotating belt driven by a 2.2 kW VFD-controlled chain drive. The belt passes over a stainless steel water trough(5 m effective cooling length) fitted with adjustable copper spray nozzles below that cool and solidify the droplets into hemispherical granules(4–6 mm dia). A transparent polymer water curtain on the trough side wall allows visual monitoring. Granules discharge continuously at 98% forming rate.
