The SED-50PG1-T is a closed-cycle nitrogen-circulation centrifugal spray dryer with 50-70 kg/hr water-evaporation capacity (average dry-powder output ~30 kg/hr). Built for solvent-bearing, oxygen-sensitive, and explosion

Closed-cycle nitrogen circulation. Filtered nitrogen is heated by a 100 m2 steam heat exchanger to 130-160 degC and enters the tower top via inlet volute and adjustable swirl-vane distributor. An explosion-proof screw feed pump(LGB15-1.5-1, 0.75 kW Ex, 316L, 0.02-3.5 L/min, VFD) delivers liquid to an explosion-proof centrifugal atomizer(LPG-50, 2.26 kW Ex, 316L, 18,000-20,500 rpm, VFD). Droplets contact hot nitrogen co-currently and dry in seconds; outlet 90-105 degC, discharge 40-60 degC. Powder is collected sequentially in the cyclone(CZT-5.0L, 15L drums) and the bag-filter(GMC-36, 316L, pulse-cleaned by compressed nitrogen 0.5-0.7 MPa). Nitrogen with evaporated solvent passes through the condenser(SRS-300 m2, 316L, chilled-brine cooled) for solvent recovery, then the induced-draft fan(9-19-5.6A, 11 kW Ex) returns it to the heater. System recovery rate >=99.9%. PID temperature auto-control; VFD on atomizer.

1Closed-cycle nitrogen circulation.
2Filtered nitrogen is heated by a 100 m2 steam heat exchanger to 130-160 degC and enters the tower top via inlet volute and adjustable swirl-vane distributor.
3An explosion-proof screw feed pump(LGB15-1.5-1, 0.75 kW Ex, 316L, 0.02-3.5 L/min, VFD) delivers liquid to an explosion-proof centrifugal atomizer(LPG-50, 2.26 kW Ex, 316L, 18,000-20,500 rpm, VFD).
4Droplets contact hot nitrogen co-currently and dry in seconds; outlet 90-105 degC, discharge 40-60 degC.
