Identical sigma-blade kneading action as SED-50NHJ-A: two counter-rotatingΣ blades generate intense shear and folding, driven by a Siemens motor + Guomao cycloidal reducer at 0–42 r/min(VFD-controlled, forward/reverse). The vacuum system evacuates the headspace above the batch to −0.095 MPa via a rotary-vane pump before or during kneading, suppressing oxidation and removing entrapped air or volatile solvents. Jacket cooling water(supplied by the optional 3HP chiller) maintains product temperature. Discharge is by hydraulic bowl tilt; the discharge bucket slides into the cradle beneath the tilt opening. A PTFE labyrinth seal with stainless wear-resistant overlay weld(≥ 8 mm thick, ≥ 20 mm beyond gland) protects the shaft entry.

التنظيف والصيانة

Drain bowl via hydraulic tilt to discharge bucket. Rinse interior surfaces with appropriate solvent or water. Electropolished SUS304 blade surfaces facilitate clean-out. Do not use abrasives that would damage the 320-grit electropolished finish. Inspect PTFE labyrinth packing seal after each campaign; replace if worn.
