مبدأ العمل
Carton blank is vacuum-picked onto the star-wheel station and erected. Step 1: fold lower small flap. Step 2: press both lower big flaps. Step 3: flatten and tuck lower big flaps. Step 4: product drops into the box(manual or in-line auto-feed manipulator). Step 5: fold upper small flap. Step 6: press both upper big flaps. Step 7: flatten and tuck upper big flaps. Step 8: finished box pushed out. Drives via FESTO and AirTac pneumatics with FESTO rotary cylinder, vacuum generator, Omron sensors, indexing cam(Dongyang RU70DF), and Siemens PLC + Kunlun-Tongtai touchscreen.
