SED-50ERQW-A(also documented as SED-50EYQW-A) Two-Component(Bag-on-Valve / BOV) Aerosol Filling Line. Main machine actions are pneumatically controlled; the two-component charging-and-sealing section uses PLC + touch-screen control. The line consists of: auto-feed table for aerosol cans, automatic two-component gas-charging/sealing(2 heads) and high-pressure liquid filling(6 heads), rotary check-weigher, auto button placement, and auto over-cap pressing. Explosion-proof design throughout conveyor line. Protective cabinets on filling and pressurizing machines prevent injury from can explosions. Estimated throughput 60-65 bottles/min.
