The SED-50DP-A is a fully automatic bottle-cap liner/wad inserter(wadding machine) widely used in cap factories, gasket factories, pharmaceutical plants, food factories, daily-chemical plants, and packaging plants. It can insert two liner types(PE liner + aluminium-foil liner) in a single pass. A vibratory bowl orients caps mouth-up; the cap-conveying mechanism feeds them to a turret which positions them for the wadding station. PLC-controlled with variable-frequency drive. Maximum throughput: 100–120 caps/min. Aluminium-foil size range: 20–50. Power supply: 220V, 1.5 kW total. Dimensions: 3000×1000×1500 mm; net weight: 450 kg. Designed and manufactured to national GMP standards.
