Material is fed into the high-speed rotating blade/sieve assembly. The gap between crushing blade and stainless-steel stator sieve is adjustable to control particle size. High-speed rotation(0-3800 rpm) generates centrifugal force to crush and size material. Low-heat operation makes it suitable for thermally-sensitive pharmaceutical ingredients. Granulated material passes through the sieve and is collected below.
