SED-500FS-H — WF Series Universal Pulverizer

Material is fed through a top hopper with a regulating flap. Inside the crushing chamber, high-speed rotating tooth-disc knives strike material against fixed knives, producing impact and shear pulverization. Strong airflow generated during crushing carries finished particles and heat out through the screen, so crushing fineness is controlled by screen mesh selection. Smashed materials enter the collection bag by centrifugal force; dust is filtered and recycled by a bag-filter dust collector. The machine can also be fitted with turbine blades or other custom blade geometries.
