SED-500CFS1-H — Integrated Ultra-Fine Pulverizer

Material is conveyed into the grinding chamber(between the machine body and guide ring) via a screw feeder. High-speed rotating blades strike the material against the fixed toothed ring, causing impact, shearing, and inter-particle/blade/ring friction for alternate grinding. Crushed fine particles, driven by negative-pressure airflow, rise over the guide ring into the classification chamber. The high-speed classifier wheel generates centrifugal force opposing the negative pressure: particles larger than the critical diameter are returned to the grinding chamber; particles smaller than the critical diameter pass through the discharge pipe to the cyclone collector and exit via rotary valves. Classifier rotor speed(variable) is the key control for product fineness.
