The machine adopts a tooth-disc high-speed rotating knife with fixed-knife impact and shear grinding. Materials are crushed by the impact and grind action of the relative motion between active and fixed fluted discs, and by inter-material impacts. Crushed material enters the capture bag via rotating centrifugal force; dust is filtered and recycled by the dust collector through a pulse bag-filter box. Crushing fineness is set by changing sieves. The machine is composed of main crusher, cyclone separator, pulse dust-box, and fan.
