مبدأ العمل
CMC production process: refined cotton/wood pulp is crushed, then reacted with liquid alkali and ethanol in the alkalinization kneader to form alkali cellulose; it is then etherified with chloroacetic acid in the etherification kneader to produce crude CMC. The crude product is washed multiple times with ethanol via horizontal centrifuge to remove by-products. The washed product enters the steam-stripping rake dryer to remove ethanol under vacuum; further dried in double-layer vibrating fluidized beds, milled, screened, and blended in a ribbon mixer to yield food-grade CMC.
