SED-500-420XSJ-H — Fully Automatic Vacuum Thermoforming MAP Sealing and Cutting Machine

Linear vacuum thermoforming + MAP sealing line: a plastic web is automatically fed and pulled into the heating station where it is constant-temperature softened, then vacuum-formed into trays. After manual filling, the web continues into the vacuum/MAP station where the chamber lid closes, the chamber is evacuated to ≤200 Pa, nitrogen is injected(≥0.2 MPa), the lid film is heat-sealed, and the chamber is vented and opened. Die-cutting then separates individual trays and rewinds the trim film.
