Material is fed through a vibratory feeder plate into 4 weigh hoppers. Load cells feed real-time readings to the main controller, which selects the hopper combination closest to the target weight and opens those hoppers to dispense. An alarm triggers on out-of-tolerance fills. The touchscreen is used to set parameters and target weight.
