مبدأ العمل
Unscrambler section: disordered bottles enter the storage ring via elevator; the rotary disc's push force guides bottles into pockets where they self-orient upright. The flip mechanism detects and rights any inverted bottle; the air-conveyor outfeed delivers bottles mouth-up to the next process. Weigher section: product is fed by vibrating trays into 4 independent weigh hoppers; high-precision digital load cells measure each portion and the MCU combinatorial algorithm selects the best combination closest to the target weight, then releases the hoppers for accurate weigh-fill.
