Material loaded manually or via lift-feeder into the 38 L hopper drops onto a three-stage vibratory feeder; each stage has independent speed control to spread, align and meter items into four parallel counting tracks. As pieces fall through each track, isolated high-speed photoelectric sensors(behind a window separated from the material flow) detect every passing item; optimised algorithms distinguish and exclude micro-debris. Once a track reaches the preset count(1–20 pcs), the synchronising control signals the gate to release; material from all tracks combines into a single dose and drops into the 320-type vertical bagger(VFFS) below, which forms a back-seal pillow bag(L 50–180 mm × W 50–160 mm), seals, date-prints and discharges. Recipe storage allows quick changeover; one-touch flush clears residual material.
