SED-4PGF-D — Spray Bottle Filling and Capping Machine

Bottles are conveyed in on a 1 m belt, transferred onto a rotary turntable, and indexed through stations. At the filling station four peristaltic pumps simultaneously dose 30–100 ml per bottle with anti-drip suck-back. The next station picks spray-pump caps from a vibratory feeder using either fixed jaw tooling or a vacuum pick robot, places the cap on the bottle, and the third station screws the cap with constant-torque heads(with auto-slip clutch) to avoid damaging the cap. Finished bottles exit on a 1 m belt.
