Bottles enter via a single-screw infeed that ensures reliable, jam-free delivery. Four filling heads operate with a rotary disc coupled via hollow-shaft gears and dual cams, allowing the filling heads to synchronise with bottle movement during fill. Each filling needle descends into the bottle, fills while rising gradually(to suppress air bubbles and splashing), then retracts. After filling, bottles advance to the cap feeder and single-head crimp sealer which roll-seals the aluminum cap.
